Amazing experience! Javon was able to find me a pair of shoes right away after I expressed they are to be used as a daily after physical therapy. He found a product that’s perfect for me AND had it ordered into the store to pickup the next day! Great place, great service w nice genuine people trying to help you!

This is my favorite place to buy shoes! The store is very clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The moment I walked in and was greeted and felt very welcome. The workers weren't pushy and allowed me to look around. Jordan was who I worked with and she was so sweet! I had a hard time choosing what brand of shoes I wanted and she worked with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. After trying on about four different pairs, I ultimately went with the Hoka brand and couldn't be more than satisfied! They are the most comfortable shoes I've owned. Already looking forward to going back and getting another pair in the future!

Roderer’s reminds me of what a shoe store used to be! The service and selection is unparalleled. The sales people provide a level of service that you don’t get anymore. I was blown away! On Mother’s Day, I came in as a first time shopper. I was in need of new athletic shoes after struggling with foot pain while exercising. Jeff was my salesperson. He approached me asking if I needed helped. I explained my issues and he listened attentively to my issues and had some immediate feedback on what he thought was wrong. He had me stand on a scanner to see what my feet were doing. The scanner confirmed what he thought was my issue. He was so knowledgeable and provided tons of information for me. He brought out multiple pairs of shoes for me to try. Quickly, we learned Hoka’s were going to be my best option. Jeff then fine tuned my fit and got me into the perfect size. Turns out I’d been wearing 1 size too small shoes all these years! I easily took up an hour of Jeff’s time. I never felt rushed by him to make a decision. I left thoroughly happy with my new Hoka’s. I will absolutely be back to get more in the future. I don’t think I’ll be buying shoes anywhere else.

Salesman was very nice & helpful. Wide variety of choices. Good sale prices. Found a pair of cob hill boots originally $180 marked down to $125 & extra 20% off! They ended up cheaper than on Amazon.

This 5-Star Review for Sassy Shannon! 😊 I was shopping for a nice pair of black shoes at Roderer’s when I came across a style I liked — unfortunately, the last pair was a half size too small. As I continued browsing, I found two pairs of loafers I really liked and went to look for the male salesperson who had initially helped me. While he was engaged in a discussion with another staff member, Shannon noticed me and kindly stepped in to assist. She was friendly, attentive, down-to-earth, had a great attitude, and made me feel like a valued customer right away. I showed her the shoes I wanted, and she took it from there with professionalism and a smile. It turns out my feet have actually shrunk — I now need a half size smaller! Shannon went to the back to get another size for me. In the meantime, I decided to try on the first pair (the ones I thought were too small), and to my surprise, they fit perfectly. When Shannon returned with the smaller size loafers, they fit well but slipped off my heel. Without missing a beat, she added another layer to the insole, and just like that — they fit perfectly too! Sassy Shannon turned my shopping trip into a fantastic experience. I left with two new pairs of shoes and felt as excited as a kid with brand-new kicks. Thank you, Shannon!

Great quality shoes, and very knowledgeable associates. They offer a military discount as well, which I really appreciate! They've always been quick to address any concerns I have had, and answer any questions. They give the best advice for each situation, even if it means they aren't making as much money on the sale. Instead of selling me inserts that I inquired about, which wouldn't help my issue at all, they recommend another product that was more appropriate and actually less expensive. That's hard to find anywhere these days! Highly recommend this store, especially to anyone experiencing pain! You'd be shocked what the right shoes can do for your body.

Yesterday was my first time in, and thanks to Jeff’s quick and friendly service, I was out the door in less than ten with a beautiful pair of Birkenstocks! The store had lots of customers, yet I didn’t feel rushed or like I couldn’t browse. Jeff helped my friend and I with our shoes, wrapped up the transaction, and got us in their reward system to get the full benefit of our first purchase. I’ll be back when I need more shoes!

Love this store! Whether you need casual shoes, athletic shoes, work boots, slip-resistant shoes, hiking footwear, orthopedic footwear, kids' shoes, socks, or shoe care... the list goes on and on! They have it all! The customer service is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you can't make it in person, their online store is just as great, with a wide selection and fast shipping. Highly recommend!

I will take the experience of trying on and buying my keen footwear (work, water, leisure, etc) all day over online. And one can order if on the rare occasion a certain size (wide, style, or color) is not in stock. Enormous inventory on hand of most brands and the real prize is working with the knowledgeable and friendly group of customer service oriented team of gems that assist one in the store. Always a wonderful and successful trip to Roderer. And a bonus, there are other great stores at the location too!
